EFQM
This process is designed to help leaders assess where their organization is in the change process, identify organizational gaps, transformation risks/issues and to determine what they need to do as they move through the process.
Whilst there are numerous management tools and techniques commonly used, the EFQM Excellence Model provides a holistic view of the organization and it can be used to determine how these different methods fit together and complement each other. The Model can therefore be used in conjunction with any number of these tools, based on the needs and function of the organization, as an overarching framework for developing sustainable excellence.

SCALED AGILE FRAMEWORK (SAFE)
The Scaled agile framework (SAFe) is a set of organization and workflow patterns intended to guide enterprises in scaling lean and agile practices. SAFe is one of a growing number of frameworks that seek to address the problems encountered when scaling beyond a single team.
SAFe promotes alignment, collaboration, and delivery across large numbers of agile teams. It was developed by and for practitioners, by leveraging three primary bodies of knowledge: agile software development, lean product development, and systems thinking.
VRIO FRAMEWORK
VRIO is a business analysis framework that forms part of a firm's larger strategic scheme. The basic strategic process that any firm begins with a vision statement, and continues through objectives, internal & external analysis, strategic choices (both business-level and corporate-level), and strategic implementation. The firm will hope that this process results in a competitive advantage in the marketplace they operate in.
VRIO falls into the internal analysis step of these procedures but is used as a framework in evaluating just about all resources and capabilities of a firm, regardless of what phase of the strategic model it falls under.
